The core husking equipment of this rice milling production line relies on a pneumatic control structure to replace traditional manual mechanical pressure regulation. It is suitable for processing various raw grains such as japonica rice and indica rice, and creates a low-yield grain husking solution for grain and oil processing plants.

Traditional mechanical rice huskers rely on manual adjustment of roll spacing. When the flow rate of incoming materials fluctuates, the stability of husking is poor, and operators need to make frequent adjustments. The new pneumatic control system is equipped with a pressure stabilizing valve to accurately control the sticking pressure of the rubber roller. When the incoming material fluctuates slightly, it still maintains stable shelling efficiency and effectively reduces the output of broken rice.

The equipment is equipped with a material level linkage pneumatic gate. The feed bin sensor monitors the rice stock in real time and automatically controls the feeding opening and closing; the cots are driven by a cylinder, which has sensitive response. The cots are quickly separated when the material is cut to avoid loss of the cots by empty grinding and extend the service life of the roller body. The whole machine is equipped with a frequency conversion feeding structure, which allows uniform feeding without blocking, and is suitable for rice in different dry and wet states.

The fuselage adopts a sealed noise-reducing structure with small operating vibration; the side-open maintenance cabin design eliminates the need for complex disassembly and assembly to replace the rubber roller and clean up internal debris, reducing daily maintenance time consuming. After field trials in many rice factories, the pneumatic pressure regulation mode can reduce the frequency of manual operations and reduce the manpower investment in the workshop.
