Our company has completed the iterative upgrade of the dual-speed fully automatic grain huller and put it into batch production. As the core hulling equipment of the rice milling production line, the machine is suitable for processing many types of raw grains of indica rice, japonica rice, and dry and wet rice, providing low loss for large, medium and small grain and oil processing plants., easy-to-operate grain hulling supporting plan.
In the use of traditional single-speed rice huller, the fast and slow rollers need to be manually replaced after the rubber roller is worn, which takes up production hours, and problems such as uneven shelling and increased broken rice are prone to occur. This upgraded model is equipped with a dual-speed automatic switching structure, which can be automatically exchanged at regular times to balance the wear speed of the cots on both sides. There is no need to manually stop and assemble the roller body, effectively reducing the intensity of manual operation in the workshop.
The equipment is equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system, and the material level sensor monitors the incoming material in real time, realizing automatic roll closing and feeding with material, and automatic roll loosening and closing of the material door without material; the pressure between the rollers is steplessly adjustable, which is suitable for rice processing with different moisture content, and stably maintains the shelling effect and reduces the crushing of rice grains. The whole machine is driven by variable frequency dual motors, with small transmission vibration and low operating noise. It is equipped with an overload protection module to reduce the frequency of fault shutdowns.
The body is equipped with a uniform vibrating feeding mechanism, which makes the feeding smooth and not easy to block; the side-open maintenance bin door design makes it convenient to replace rubber rollers and lubricate transmission components daily. The equipment is supported by a complete rice milling production line with a daily output of 30-120 tons. It has been measured by grain and oil processing plants in many places and is suitable for small rice mills and large-scale deep processing bases in the south.
Relying on years of experience in grain machinery research and development, the company continues to optimize the equipment structure around grain saving, loss reduction and automated production. This dual-speed fully automatic rice huller is now available nationwide, simultaneously providing one-stop supporting services for equipment installation, operation training, and after-sales maintenance. The model configuration will be refined in the future for special rice processing needs.
